Instructions for resetting the toner on Brother HL-L2366DW and HL-2321D printers:
1. Open the front cover and leave it open.
2. Turn off the printer.
3. Press and hold the 'GO' button while turning on the printer.
4. Release the 'GO' button after 3 seconds.
5. 'USER MODE' will appear.
6. Press the 'GO' button 9 times.
7. The Wi-Fi indicator will blink once.
8. Press the 'GO' button 5 times.
9. Close the printer cover. Your Toner counter has been reset.
For resetting the Drum on Brother HL-L2366DW:
1. Ensure the printer is turned on.
2. Open the front cover.
3. Hold OK for two seconds to display the Drum Unit screen, then press OK.
4. Press the Up arrow key to display 'Reset' and press OK to reset the drum counter.
5. Close the printer cover to complete the drum reset.
Note: Only replace the drum when it is worn out and affects print quality.
These instructions have been successfully tested on Brother HL-L2366DW printers. Similar steps can be applied to other Brother printers using TN2385 ink, such as HL2321D, L2361D, etc.
