SHARING YOUR NETWORK PRINTER
In Windows 10, you can share your printer with multiple PCs on your network. To share a printer from the PC it's connected to (main PC) with other PCs where the printer isn't connected, you need to set up sharing for the printer, connect the printer to the main PC (wirelessly or using a USB cable), and then turn on the printer. Make sure the main PC is turned on, connected to the printer, and connected to the network.
Note: When sharing a printer, ensure that sharing settings are set up on both the main and secondary PCs. Also, make sure you know the name of the main PC. For more information, refer to the Setting Up Sharing and Finding Your PC Name section at the end of this topic.

There are two ways to share your printer: using SETTINGS or CONTROL PANEL.
